🏀 Girls Basketball Sweeps Michigan City — Varsity Rolls, JV Stays Perfect Varsity: Plymouth 52, Michigan City 17 The Lady Pilgrims put together their strongest outing of the season, powering past Michigan City with a commanding 52–17 victory. Plymouth exploded for 22 first-quarter points and never looked back, forcing 20 turnovers and controlling the boards 30–14. Stat Highlights: • Chloe Horton — 15 pts, 7 reb, 4 stl • Lydia Wray — 9 pts, 7 ast, 5 reb • Hayden Shipley — 7 pts, 3 ast, 3 reb • Peyton Ellinger — 6 pts, 4 reb All ten players contributed to the win, a promising sign as Plymouth improves to 2–1 overall.  ⸻ JV: Plymouth 35, Michigan City 16 The JV Lady Pilgrims continued their unbeaten start, improving to 3–0 with a well-balanced 35–16 victory. A slow beginning quickly turned around as Plymouth’s defense tightened, holding the Wolves to just 3 points in the second quarter and 6 total in the second half. With athletes competing individually across multiple mats throughout the day, the team showed unity, resilience, and continued growth.
