Plymouth had a tough day of competition on Saturday. Although this being one of the most evenly matched super duals, with all teams very competitive with each other the Rockies finished the day 0-4. The Rockies lineup was affected by injuries in the 106, and 138lb weight classes which set them on an up hill battle, but despite the circumstances the whole team competed very well. Senior leader Matthew McCrum finished the day 4-0 along with Juniors Anthony Popi (20-1) and Wesley Smith (21-0). Wesley Smith also finished the day winning the “Most outstanding wrestler” award of the tournament.
