After first 3 matches in Pool A, there was a 3 way tie between Plymouth, Goshen and Dwenger to move too the top of the next pool due to Dwenger defeating Goshen, Goshen defeating Plymouth, and Plymouth defeating Dwenger. Plymouth moved on due to criteria with most won matches between the 3 teams.
