Plymouth Wins Over Bremen

Plymouth Girls Swimming moved to 4-0 on Thursday in a total team effort. Multiple athletes were home with sickness, but the remaining athletes were able to divide and conquer the events and earned the team victory. Several Plymouth swimmers were stretched in new events, and their mental toughness was shining bright as they progressed toward the win. Final Score: Bremen - 61 Plymouth - 123 Congratulations to the following athletes on first place finishes: Marley Houin - 200 Free, 100 Free, 200 Freestyle Relay, 400 Freestyle Relay Kathryn Morrison - 200 IM, 200 Freestyle Relay, 400 Freestyle Relay Kyleigh Kara - 100 Fly, 200 Freestyle Relay, 400 Freestyle Relay Marisa Langfeldt - 200 Medley Relay, 200 Freestyle Relay, 100 backstroke Katelyn Baker - 200 Medley Relay, 500 Freestyle Kieran Gritton - 200 Freestyle Relay, 400 Freestyle Relay Many swimmers had best times including: Kieran Gritton - 50 Free Kathryn Morrison - 200 IM Lauren Kopetski - 100 Free, 50 Free Alissa Kessler - Diving Emma Jackson - 50 Free Katelyn Baker - 500 Free, 100 Breaststroke Madi Hauptmann - 100 back Plymouth now prepares to open their conference season on Tuesday as they travel to Concord. The Boys will be debuting and most meets will be co-ed as the season progresses.
