The Pilgrims traveled to Warsaw on Monday night and came back with two tough loses with the JV getting beat 7 to 8 and the Varsity 4 to 14. In the JV contest the Pilgrims would strike first in the top of the 1st getting a run to score and then adding to the lead in the 3rd with getting another run to cross. Warsaw would get 2 runs to score in the bottom of the 3rd and 4th and would extend their lead going into the 7 with adding a run in the bottom of the 6th. The Pilgrims would get a big inning in the 7th with scoring 5 runs with the help of a grand slam off the bat of Owen Walleske. But the Tigers would get 3 in the 7th to comeback and defeat the Pilgrims. Walleske would go 2 for 4 at the plate with 2 run scored and 5 RBI, Grady Metsker would go 2 for 3 with a run scored, and Landon Tyler went 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored.
