Tennis - Lady Pilgrims Defeat Bremen

The Lady Pilgrims hosted the Marshall County Rival Bremen Wednesday night after being rained out on Tuesday and the Lady Pilgrims came out on top winning 3 to 2. One Singles Annie Plothow rebounded after Monday night's Goshen loss to win in straight sets 6-1, 6-1. Two and Three Singles of Tynley Gantz and Izzie Wray both fought hard in their matches and over came some deficits but both lost in straight sets 4-6, 5-7 and 0-6,2-6. One doubles of Emma Jackson-Cassidy Riddle won in straight sets 6-0, 6-0 after their tough. match on Monday and two doubles of Lena Houin-Alivia Kizer after their comeback from Monday won in straight sets 6-2, 6-2. The Lady Pilgrims will play their third match this week and look to get their third win in a row when they travel to Northridge to take on the Raiders. Match time is set for 5:30 PM.
