Bremen 3, Plymouth 2 at Plymouth Singles: 1. Mariano DeLeon (Br) beat Carter Snyder 6-2, 6-0 2. Camden Hickman (Br) beat Martin Baca 7-5, 6-3 3. Max Varner (Br) beat Jake Stone 6-0, 6-3 Doubles: 1. Matt Manzuk-Easton Strain (P) beat Seth Nettrouer-Blake Grove 6-1, 6-0 2. Caleb Bowling-Trey Delp (P) beat Brock Ginter-Landon Bates 6-7(6), 6-3, 7-5 Records: Plymouth 4-6 (2-1) JV Score: Plymouth 7, Bremen 2 Highlights: Plymouth hosted Sectional rival Bremen in Centennial Park Wednesday night and came out on the losing end of a 3-2 final score. 1D Matt Manzuk-Easton Strain won their match in straight sets, while the 2D team of Caleb Bowling and Trey Delp finished the evening with a three-set win. 2S Martin Baca held leads in both sets, but came out on the losing end of a close straight set match. The Plymouth JV defeated the Lions 7-2. Singles winners for the Pilgrims tonight were James Kruyer, Maclean Miller, and Alex Kizer. Doubles winners for the Pilgrims tonight were Ryan Gadziola-Trenton Van Duyne, Zak Kresser-Aiden Landis, Nick Manzuk-Reed Selner, and Owen Walleske-Cole Ameling. Plymouth will travel to Concord on Thursday, 9/8/22 for an NLC Conference match starting at 5:30PM. Go Big Red!
