The Lady Pilgrims traveled to LaPorte to take on the host Slicers, New Prairie, Westville, Morgan Township and Knox and defeated them to win the meet. The Lady Pilgrims are showing more consistency and improving more and more as they compete. The Lady Pilgrims would score 98.35 while New Prairie scored 92.45. Jersey Hunter finished 2nd in the All-Around, 3rd in the Vault, Beam and Floor and 4th in the Bars. Arielle Ferman finished 4th in Vault and 6th in Beam. Joy Everett finished 5th in Vault, and Lila Hanyzewski finished 4th in Beam and 5th on Floor. Jenna Blake finished 5th in Bars. Getting personal best scores were Arielle Ferman on beam scoring 8.05 and her all-around score 31.05. Mia Krathwohl scored a 7.7 on Vault, Jenna Blake on bars scoring 7.65, Damarias Aguilar on Beam scoring 7.8 and Daniela Moreno on bars getting a 5.05. The Lady Pilgrims will compete in the Lakeland Invite on Saturday, February 3rd starting at 11 am and will host West Noble and Wawasee on Monday, February 5th starting at 6:30 PM.
