Warsaw 3, Plymouth 2 at Warsaw Singles: 1. Carter Snyder (P) beat Tristan Anderson 6-4, 6-3 2. Ted Grandon (W) beat Martin Baca 4-6, 6-1, 6-1 3. Keller Bailey (W) beat Jake Stone 6-0, 7-5 Doubles: 1. Matt Manzuk-Easton Strain (P) beat Patrick Stump-Chalie Norton 6-3, 6-3 2. Nick Boren-Khareus Miller (W) beat Caleb Bowling-Trey Delp 6-2, 6-2 Records: Plymouth 3-5 (1-1) JV Score: Warsaw 6, Plymouth 3 Highlights: Plymouth traveled to Warsaw Thursday night and came home with a close 3-2 loss. 1S Carter Snyder and 1D Matt Manzuk-Easton Strain won their matches in straight sets. After losses by 3S Jake Stone and 2D Caleb Bowling-Trey Delp, the match came down to the third set at 2S. 2S Martin Baca won the first set 6-4, but his opponent rallied to win the second and third sets by matching 6-1 scores and secure the match for Warsaw. The Plymouth JV lost to Warsaw 6-3. Doubles winners for the Pilgrims tonight were Ryan Gadziola-Trenton Van Duyne, Zak Kresser-Aiden Landis, and Nick Manzuk-Owen Walleske. Plymouth will take the weekend off and then host NorthWood on Tuesday, 9/6/22 at 5:00PM. Go Big Red!
