The Freshman Pilgrims traveled to Wawasee to open up the 2024 year but the Pilgrims couldn't find anything to start the game and fell behind early. The Pilgrims would tighten up the defense in the 2nd quarter and 2nd half but just couldn't overcome the 1st quarter struggles. The Pilgrims would lose 20 to 28 but Coach McKrammer thought the defense played well only giving up 28 total points and felt the defense kept the team in the game till the end. The Pilgrims are now 2-11 on the season and will host Tippy Vally on Tuesday, January 23rd in the Auxiliary gym starting at 5:30 PM.
