The Freshman basketball team traveled to South Bend Wednesday night to play South Bend Saint Joseph. The Pilgrims came out a little flat to start the game and that put them in a hole they just couldn't get out of. The Pilgrims would then use the second half to get better and played terrific with much more effort and fight. Defensively the Pilgrims would pressure the ball and force turnovers that led to easy points in transition. The final score being 28 to 42. Leading the Pilgrims was Landon Tyler scoring 7 points and getting 2 steals, Hudson Davis got 7 points and 6 rebounds. Davis Jones ended the night with 2 points and 5 rebounds while Bryce Busse chipped in 5 points. The Pilgrims play a back to back with hosting Warsaw Thursday in the Auxiliary gym with tip off set for 6 pm.
