The Pilgrims swim team opened up NLC action with hosting Concord Tuesday night. Concord came in with a lot of their major point winners back from last year while the Pilgrims are mixing in with a lot of first time swimmers. The scores of the meet were girls 55 to 131 and boys 46-136 with both teams getting the first loss of the season. High point earners for the Pilgrims were Joe Stauffer and Kieran Gritton both scoring 9 points. The following swimmers had top individual finishes getting 2nd place: ● Kathryn Morrison - 2nd place; 200 Free, 2:23.26 ● Vivian Wheeler - 2nd place; 200 IM, 2:26.09 ● Kieran Gritton - 2nd places; 50 Free, 28.06, 100 Free, 1:02.66 ● Aidan Faulstich - 2nd place; 50 Free, 29.55 ● Ben Beery - Diving - 2nd place; 96.55 ● Kieran Gritton 100 Free - 2nd place, 1:02.66 ● Joseph Stauffer - 2nd places, 100 Free - 53.61, 100 Breaststroke - 1:06.72 ● Taylor Schadek - 100 Back - 2nd place, 1:09.66 The Pilgrims are back in action on Tuesday, November 28th when they both travel to New Prairie.
