The Lady Pilgrims had their toughest test of the year when they traveled to Chesterton to take on Lady Trojans. The Jv would end up on the rough end losing 18-49. The Lady Pilgrims had a tough time getting things started and got in a hole but would end the half on a strong note. The Pilgrims were led by Peyton Ellinger with 10 points and 7 rebounds to continue her solid season. The Varsity Pilgrims would continue off the JV energy and had a great showing but would be on a losing end with the final score being 56 to 64 to a very talented Chesterton team. The pace of the game was up and down with both teams apply full court pressures and getting quick transition buckets. The Lady Pilgrims were led by Lena Jones, Sophie Miller and Rylee Mann. Jones would end the game with 10 points 4 assists while Miller would get 16 points and 4 rebounds. Mann would get a double double for the first time this season having 11 points and 13 rebounds. The loss moves the record to 3-3, the Lady Pilgrims will be on the road Monday when they travel to Logansport. JV tip off is set for 6 PM in the Berrie Bowl.
