The JV Rockies hosted East Noble at the Rockpile on Saturday. It was a tightly contested game until late in the 3rd quarter. Plymouth scored with less than a minute to go in the 1st half to pull within 2 points at 6-8. It stayed at that score until East Noble broke the scoring open with a TD late in the 3rd. The Rockies were unable to put the ball in the endzone again throughout the fourth quarter, while East Noble tacked on a couple late scores. Ultimately, East Noble defeated Plymouth 30-6. Top performers for the Rockies were QB Rylie Lunsford and WR Aiden Blalock offensively. Defensively, Peyton Bonebreak and Dayton Byrd flashed multiple times. The JV squad will host Kokomo next Saturday morning at the Rockpile.
