The Pilgrim Cross Country team went to Ox Bow Park last night to compete in the 1st round of the NLC Super Dual. The results might not show it but the team ran very well with the final standings after the meet was over was the boys finishing 8th and the girls 7th. We had numerous runners run a personal best time and had Sophie Wray finish 3rd overall. The boys were led by Ethan Podlesak who ran a lifetime best while Aiden Faulstich and Freddy Kallenberg both ran lifetime best times. Sophie Wray led the girls while Lola Hissong, Rylee Laird, Kali Newcomb and Taylor Schadek all ran lifetime best times. The Pilgrims will have Senior Night on Wednesday, Sepetember 6th when they host their Hokem Karum at Pretty Lake Golf Club. They team will honor the seniors before the race which will start at 5 Pm for the boys with the girls to follow.
