The Lady Pilgrims traveled to the Western Invite located at Chippendale Golf Club after a long first week back to school. The ladies were exhausted and this tested their mental toughness and the Lady Pilgrims were up to the challenge and showed great spirits and ready to play some golf. Although there were some setbacks we saw some remarkable plays. Madeline Borden almost had a hole in one missing the hole by inches. Madi Hauptmann had a great par, birdie & par streak. Taylor Hauptmann advanced her course management skills. Hannah LaFree was the team leader scoring a team low 89 and Noelle Hutchings chip game was shown off by several shots landing within inches of the hole. The Lady Pilgrims get ready to take on the NLC and defend their title with hosting Northridge and Warsaw at Pretty Lake Golf Club on Monday, August 14th.
